Shipping policy

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated.

During peak periods, product launches, promotions, or unforeseen delays (including supplier or public holidays), processing times may be extended. Any significant delays will be communicated via email or our website.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on your location and order size.

Any promotions offering discounted or free shipping will be clearly stated on our website and applied automatically at checkout.

International shipping may incur duties and taxes.


Delivery Estimates

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • AUSTRALIA:
    • Metro areas: 1–2 business days

    • Regional & remote areas: 2–5 business days

  • INTERNATIONAL:
    • Shipping time estimated at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Delays

Dead Tide is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Customs or border processing

  • Weather events

  • Public holidays

  • Events outside of our control

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, title and risk pass to you, in accordance with our Terms of Service.


Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available).

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.


Incorrect Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure shipping details are accurate at checkout.

Dead Tide is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order needs to be re-shipped.


Lost or Missing Parcels

If your parcel appears delayed or missing:

  • Please allow reasonable transit time based on your location

  • Contact us at support@deadtide.com.au with your order number

We will work with the carrier to investigate; however Dead Tide is not responsible for parcels confirmed as delivered by the carrier.


Pre-Orders & Launch Drops

Items marked as pre-order or part of a launch drop may have extended processing times. Estimated dispatch windows will be clearly communicated on the product page.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the order may ship together once all items are available.
